There is a control circuit board inside the fully automatic 12 volt lock body with four outgoing lines to give a power on unlocking signal. The internal control board automatically controls the motor to drive the locking tongue to retract and unlock. The action of locking the door also touches the oblique tongue, that is, the action of closing the door. The control board will drive the electric machine to automatically extend the locking tongue.

The automatic lock body has four cores, two power lines and two unlocking signal lines. Red and black are the positive and negative poles of 12V power supply, green and blue are the unlocking signals, green L+, blue L - are the same as the motor spiritual lock, which can be directly connected with the access control system. The only thing to note is the power of the power supply, and the current must meet the requirements. It can interface with various access control doorbell visual intercom systems and face recognition systems.

The power supply of the lock body requires a power supply of more than 12V5A, and the current must be greater than or equal to 5A. If it is a special linear power supply for access control, 12V5A can be used. If it is a switching power supply, 12V10A or 20A iron grid switching power supply is recommended. Do not use a fully encapsulated power supply with a plastic housing. Because the power virtual scale is serious, it is often unable to move.

The selection of the lock cylinder requires that the width of the paddle should be between 9 and 10 mm. Do not use a lock cylinder of 11 mm, otherwise it is easy to get stuck!

Note: Please select the option of external control box for the courtyard door without rain protection, because the standard version control circuit board is inside the lock body. If it is installed outdoors for a long time, the circuit board is prone to failure. The external control box transfers the circuit board inside the lock to the outside. It has an independent plastic box that can be installed on the wall or at other locations where it can shelter from rain. The version of the external control box can be equipped with the remote control function.

This lock body cannot be installed upside down and must be installed upright, with the diagonal tongue above and the lock core below. Some internal mechanisms rely on gravity for positioning, and inverted installation can affect normal operation.

The size specification of 30 * 240 is not a lock body with thick round columns, it is still the same lock body as 24 * 240. The only difference is that the 30 wide side panel has been replaced, which will increase the gap when installing the rear door. It is necessary to solve the problem of the size and position of the lock tongue hole to improve the impact of the door seam.
