Instructions for use: Tourniquets are used for first aid in case of severe bleeding in the limbs. They can stop bleeding by compressing blood vessels and blocking blood flow. They can only be tied at 3/1 of the upper arm or the middle and upper thigh for 30 minutes and loosened for 30 seconds.

Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to tie in other parts. The middle and lower parts of the upper arm will damage the radial nerve and may cause paralysis. The blood vessels in the forearm are located between the two bones, so it is impossible to stop bleeding.
2. It must be tied tightly, otherwise only the venous blood will not be able to return at all, and the bleeding will be more serious.
3. Strictly adhere to the 30-minute duration, which can be appropriately extended in winter, and it should be released slowly. Too long a time will cause limb necrosis.

Due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual color of the item may vary slightly from the pictures. Thanks for your understanding!
